Fasamo provides comprehensive logistics services. With these services, we carry on the business of general carriers, clearing and forwarding agents, warehouse men packers and sorters of goods, wares and merchandise of every kind and description whatsoever and to issue warrants to legitimate persons traveling or warehousing goods;

we equip, maintain and work omnibuses or other vehicles appropriate for the carriage of passengers or goods and to carry on the business of omnibuses proprietors and carriers of passengers both in public conveyances and in private vehicles and goods in Somalia and in such other places as may from time to time be thought fit.

We carry on business of transport and conveyance by land, sea and air of legitimate passengers, mails, goods, parcels and any other merchandise of whatever nature and kind. We carry on business as proprietors, hirers, operators and charterers of land, water, and air vehicles and craft of all kinds and import, export, buy, sell, take and let on hire, repair, modify, store and deal in such vehicles and craft and all other things used for or in connection therewith as well as fuel, spare parts and accessories of all sorts for the same to carry on the business of safari promoters and undertakers generally and in particular to equip, maintain and work omnibuses or other vehicles appropriate for the carriage of passengers goods and to carry on the business of omnibuses proprietors and carriers of passengers and public conveyances and in private vehicles and goods in Somalia and elsewhere as may from time to time be considered necessary;

we carry on the business as general merchants and to buy, sell, market, import and export and to deal in goods, consumable articles and articles of merchandise and trade of every description both wholesale and retail and to act as manufacture representatives and agents, commission agents., and brokers to transact every kind of agency business whether in respect of manufacturer or consumer goods, agriculture, commercial or financial matters;

we carry on and transact any other legitimate business and operations, commercial, financial, agricultural or otherwise which the company may think directly or indirectly conducive to any of its objects or capable of being conveniently carried on in connection therewith or calculated, directly or indirectly, to enhance the value of or render profitable any of the company’s properties or rights to enter into hire, hire purchase and other agreements in respect of goods or articles dealt with and services supplied by the company and to negotiate, assign, mortgage or pledge for cash or otherwise any such agreements or any payments or rights accruing thereunder and which are conducive to the attainment of Fasamo’s objectives.
